Heat a pan on medium high heat and add some oil. Cook some ground beef seasoned with some salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika for about 6 minutes while continuously stirring; drain and set aside. Cook your rigatoni according to packaged directions, drain, set aside, and mix with some cracked eggs. Now lets make an alfredo sauce. Heat a pan on medium high heat and add some butter, flour, parmesan cheese, and salt, mix well until thickened then incorporate some half and half and mix well until you have a nice amount of sauce. In a baking dish add your egg washed rigatoni, marinara sauce, ground beef, your alfredo sauce, lots of mozarella cheese, and parmesan cheese. Bake for about 30 minutes and enjoy!
