Peel your shrimp then make your szechuan sauce. In a bowl mix together some ginger, vinegar, ketchup, red pepper flakes, soy sauce, and honey. Heat a pan on medium high heat and add some oil and butter. Cook some sliced okra for about 1 minute while stirring. Add your szechuan sauce and cook while stirring for about 1 minute. Toss in your shrimp and cook while stirring for about 7-10 minutes or until your sauce just about evaporates and bubbles. Enjoy!
