Pineapple Teriyaki Chicken Sandwich

Fire up the grill and season your boneless chicken breast with salt and pepper then brush your chicken with teriyaki sauce. Cook on the grill for about 10-15 minutes on both sides or until there is no pink inside; periodically flipping and brushing with more teriyaki sauce. With about 3 minutes remaining on your cook time top your chicken a slice of swiss cheese and continue cooking until the cheese starts to melt. Slice a pineapple and grill for about 3-5 minutes on both sides. Build your sandwich like so with green chili's and sliced red onions. Enjoy!
