In a bowl mix together some honey, bourbon, lemon juice, ketchup, mustard, worcestershire sauce, vinegar, salt, fresh ground black pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder. Heat a pan on medium high heat and add some oil and butter. Season your fish with salt and pepper and sear your fish on both sides for about 4 minutes to get a nice brown char. Brush your salmon on both sides with your honey bourbon glaze and continue cooking for about 6-8 minutes while brushing glaze on both sides. Enjoy!
