In a bowl mix together some cabernet wine, a little flour, butter, beef stock, salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, and garlic powder; set aside. Fire up the grill and season your lamb chops with salt, pepper, and paprika. Grill your chops on both sides for about 6-8 minutes (for a nice medium / medium well) while brushing on your sauce; set aside. Heat a pan on medium high heat, pour in your cabernet sauce, heat while stirring until your wine reduces. Plate your chops and sauce in a bowl like so and enjoy!
