Bratwurst & Sauerkraut

Heat a skillet on medium high heat and add some oil and butter. Sear some nice bratwurst sausages for about 5 minutes on all sides or until they reach a nice charred brown color. Completely drain your canned sauerkraut and toss it in with your sausages. Season with salt and pepper, mix well, garnish with some fresh parsley and enjoy!
