Sloppy Joe


Heat a pan on medium high heat and add some butter. Cook some ground beef along with some green peppers, onions, garlic powder, mustard powder, chili powder, salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook while stirring and mixing until there is no pink inside your beef then add some manwich and turn your heat down low to simmer for about 15 minutes, occasionally stir. Place between buns and enjoy!

Grilled Vegetable Sandwich



Cut slices of a tomato, slice some shiitake mushrooms, and slice some zucchini lengthwise. Now cut a red bell pepper in half, then cut out the center so you have 2 square-like semi flat pieces of bell pepper. Set your vegetables aside. Heat a pan on medium high heat and add some extra virgin olive oil, some balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper. Cook your tomatoes, zucchini, and mushrooms for about 5 minutes continuously basting, take these vegetables out and set aside. Next place your bell pepper slices in the pan, top with some mozzarella cheese slices, cover your pan with a lid and cook until cheese starts to melt.  In another pan heat up some tomato sauce and season with some salt, pepper, and basil flakes. Toast your buns then spread on the tomato sauce. Build your sandwich like so using some fresh lettuce and enjoy!

Green Bean Casserole



In a large bowl mix together some cream of mushroom soup, soy sauce, green beans, diced onions, black pepper, and some french fried onions, mix well. Transfer this mixture to a baking dish and bake in the oven at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes. 10 minutes before it's done sprinkle some more french fried onions on top then finish baking. Enjoy!

Saucy Pork Chops


Mix together a can of diced tomatoes with chilies undrained with some red wine vinegar, fresh minced garlic, ground black pepper, salt, and rosemary; set aside. Heat a pan on medium high heat and add some oil, season your pork chops with salt and pepper and cook on both sides for about 10 minutes or until there is no pink inside. Pour your tomato sauce into a sauce pan and heat through. Plate your pork chops and pour your tomato sauce on top, serve with some nice sides and enjoy!

Lemon Chicken & Spinach Fettuccine



Heat a pan on medium high heat and add some oil and lemon juice. Season your chicken breasts with salt and pepper then cook on both sides for about 7 minutes or until there is no pink inside. Cut into strips and set aside. Cook your fettuccine noodles according to package directions, drain and set aside. Pour some chicken broth into a saucepan over medium high heat and add some fresh minced garlic and squeezes of fresh lemon's, cook until it starts to boil then turn your heat down low. Add your spinach, milk, and cream cheese and stir until the cheese has melted and your spinach has wilted. Next add your noodles and chicken and toss while on simmer for 2 minutes, season with some lemon pepper. Plate in a nice big bowl, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, garnish with some fresh lemon wedges and enjoy!

Shepherd's Pie



Heat a pan on medium high heat and add some oil. Cook some ground beef, diced carrots, peas, corn, and onions while stirring until there is no pink inside the beef. Drain and set aside. In a large bowl mix together some cream of mushroom soup, and your beef mixture. Transfer to a baking dish then top it off generously with some mashed potatoes. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes at 400 degrees, 10 minutes before it's done sprinkle some cheddar cheese on top and continue baking. Enjoy!

Blackened Chicken Ceasar Salad



Heat a pan on medium high heat and add some extra virgin olive oil. Season both sides of your chicken with blackened steak seasoning and cook on both sides for about 7 minutes or until there is no pink inside. Break apart some romaine lettuce and toss with some Caesar dressing. Slice your chicken breasts, place your chicken on top of the salad along with some croutons, sprinkle with some grated parmesan cheese and enjoy!

Loaded Baked Potato Casserole



Cut some potatoes into small cubes, put lots of water into a pot, heat on medium high heat, and boil your potatoes for about 20 minutes, or until semi soft. In a bowl mix together some cream of mushroom soup, some sour cream, and lots of cheese. Drain and mix your potatoes in with your soup mixture and season with salt and pepper. Transfer to a baking dish, top it off with more cheese, and bake in the oven at 400 for about 20 minutes. Heat a non-stick skillet on medium high heat and cook lots of bacon. After your bacon is cooked crumble it up, then chop some chives. When your Casserole is done top it off with your bacon bits, and chives, and enjoy!

Shrimp Scampi Pasta



Cook your noodles according to package directions. Heat a saucepan on medium high heat and add some butter and cream cheese, mix and melt then add your spaghetti noodles and some peeled shrimp. Season with salt, black pepper, and minced garlic and cook for about 8 minutes while stirring. Plate your scampi pasta, drizzle with a little extra virgin olive oil, garnish with some fresh parsley and enjoy!

Baked Brisket



Season your brisket with salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, barbeque sauce, and garlic powder. Slice a lot of white onions and line the bottom of your baking dish with them and sprinkle some thyme or rosemary on top. Pour some mushroom broth into your dish then place your brisket on top. Bake in the oven for 4 hours at 250 degrees, occasionally basting. Let it rest for atleast 10 minutes so those juices can lock inside as it finishes cooking. Enjoy!

Pepperoni Spaghetti Bake



Boil your spaghetti noodles in some salted water until aldente, drain and set aside.  Heat a pan on medium high heat and add some oil. Cook some ground beef, while breaking and stirring for about 6 minutes or until there is no pink inside. Drain the excess oil from your ground beef. Stir in your spaghetti sauce and spaghetti noodles and continue to cook while stirring for another 3 minutes. Transfer your spaghetti into a baking dish, top it off with lots of mixed cheese, then top it off with some pepperoni and bake in the oven at 400 for about 30 minutes. Enjoy!

Potato Cakes




Side Dish

Start by making your potato cake. Cut and mash some potatoes very well. Season with salt, pepper, and minced garlic. Mix your potatoes in a large bowl along with some flour then form them into small balls. Flatten and form your balls into small cakes, heat a pan on medium high heat and add some oil. Cook your potato cakes for about 4-7 minutes on both sides or until golden brown. This makes a great side dish.

Chicken Spaghetti



Cook your spaghetti noodles according to package directions, drain and set aside. Heat some oil in a pan on medium high heat. Season your boneless chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cook your chicken on both sides for about 7 minutes or until there is no pink inside. Cut your chicken into cubes. In another pan heat some cream of chicken soup and cream cheese on medium high heat and bring to a simmer. Turn your heat down low and whisk well, add you spaghetti noodles and cubed chicken to your sauce, season with some Italian seasoning and mix well for about 5 minutes. Plate your chicken spaghetti, top it off with some parmesan cheese and chives and enjoy!

Hash Brown & Sausage Casserole


Heat a pan on medium high heat and add some oil. Cook for about 10-12 minutes or until there is no pink inside while breaking up your sausage. Mix together in a bowl some mixed cheese, some thawed out broken up hash browns, your sausage, diced tomatoes, sour cream, diced onions, salt, and pepper. Mix well then place in a baking dish, top it off with a lot more mixed cheese then bake in the oven at 400 for about 20-25 minutes. Enjoy!

Marinated Steak With Sauted Pepeprs & Onions



In a zip-lock bag mix together some soy sauce, olive oil, fresh squeezed lemon and lime juice, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, chopped parsley, worcestershire sauce, fresh ground pepper, and hot sauce. Put your steak in the bag, mix well and let it marinate in the fridge for about 4 hours. Heat a pan on medium high heat and add some oil. Cook your steak on both sides for about 6-9 minutes for a nice medium rare - medium, set aside and let it rest. In another pan add lots of butter and melt on medium high heat. Sauté some slice yellow peppers, red peppers, and red onions, for about 5-7 minutes while occasionally flipping and stirring. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix and plate your vegetables with cilantro and feta cheese. Slice your steak and serve along with your vegetables. Drizzle your vegetables with a little italian salad dressing. Enjoy!

Chicken and Stuffing Bake


Heat a pan on medium high heat and add some oil. Season your boneless chicken breasts with salt and pepper and cook for about 4 minutes on both sides, it won't be fully cooked but it will finish in the oven. Cut your chicken into small cubes. In a large saucepan add your chicken cubes, chicken broth, butter, chopped celery, mushrooms, oregano, salt, and pepper. Let it simmer for about 10-12 minutes while stirring or until your chicken broth has mostly evaporated. Put your mixture into a large bowl. Mix in some cream of chicken soup, some eggs, and your stuffing, mix well and transfer to a baking dish. Top with some bread crumbs and parmesan cheese and bake in the oven for about 15-25 minutes. Garnish with some parsley flakes and enjoy!

Meatball Sub



Mix together in a large bowl some ground beef, eggs, parmesan cheese, minced garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, bread crumbs. Roll your ground beef mixture into balls. Heat a pan on medium high heat and add some oil. Pan sear your meatballs on all sides for about 7 minutes until all sides are browned. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees and bake your meatballs in the oven to finish for about 7 minutes. Put some tomato sauce, parmesan cheese, oregano, salt, and pepper in a sauce pan and heat on medium high heat for about 5 minutes while stirring. Add your meatballs to the sauce pan and turn your heat down to a simmer and simmer for an additional 5 minutes occasionally stirring. Place your meatballs in a nice hoagie along with a little sauce, top with some mozzarella cheese and enjoy!

Chicken and Vegetable Noodle Casserole


Heat a pan on medium high heat and add some oil, season some boneless chicken breasts with salt and pepper and cook them on both sides for about 7 minutes or until there is no pink inside. Cut your chicken breasts into small cubes. Cook your noodles according to packaged directions then drain in a large bowl. Add to your noodles some cream of chicken soup, cream of broccoli soup, chicken, a bag of thawed out mixed vegetables, salt, pepper, and lots of mixed cheese. Mix well then transfer to a baking dish and bake in the oven at 400 for about 30 minutes. 10 minutes before it's done you might want to top it off with some more cheese then finish baking.

Chicken Mushroom & Sausage Marscapone Pasta


Roast some red peppers on an open flame until charbroiled then cut your boneless chicken breasts and sausage into small cubes and slices. Heat a pan on medium high heat and add some oil. Saute your chicken breasts cubes, sausage slices, collared greens, sliced red roasted red peppers, and mushroom slices for about 10 to 12 minutes or until there is no pink inside your chicken and your sausage is done. Season with salt, pepper, and cumin and stir well. Transfer your chicken and sausage mixture to a bowl and cook your noodles according to packaged directions. Heat a pan on medium high heat and melt some butter. Add half & half, cream cheese, marscapone cheese, parmesan cheese, your noodles, and chicken & mushroom mixture. Cook while stirring well for about 6-8 minutes or until your sauce reaches a nice consistency. Plate and enjoy!

Southwestern Chicken Enchilada Casserole


Buy a whole rotisserie chicken from the grocery store, break off all of the meat and put it in a bowl. Make a black bean and corn salsa by mixing in a bowl some drained can corn, rinsed and drained canned black beans, cilantro, canned tomatoes, and chopped red onion; season with salt, pepper, chili powder, and cumin. Add your salsa to your chicken and mix well. Next mix together in a bowl lots of sour cream and green chile enchilada sauce. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking dish with some flour tortillas. Spoon a layer of your chicken mixture, then a layer of your cream sauce, then a layer of mixed cheese. Put another layer of tortillas on top followed by another layer of your chicken mixture, cream sauce, and mixed cheese. Top that off with another layer of tortillas then top that off with a layer of just some cream sauce and mixed cheese. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes. Enjoy!

Cheesy Chicken, Bacon, & Macaroni Casserole


In a large bowl mix together cream of mushroom soup, heavy cream, melted butter, nice sized cuts of boneless seasoned cooked chicken, cooked and drained macaroni, lots of shredded cheddar cheese, diced celery, chopped cooked bacon, salt, pepper, paprika, and chopped parsley. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Transfer your chicken mixture to a large baking dish, top it off with some more shredded cheese. Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes and enjoy!
