Stuffed Zucchini


Heat a pan on medium high heat then add some oil and butter. Cut some bell peppers, tomatoes, and mushrooms, and mix with some ground beef. Season with salt and pepper and saute your mixture for about 4 minutes while stirring. Don't cook your beef all the way through because it will finish in the oven. Cut your Zucchini in half length wise and scoop out half of the zucchini. Preheat your oven to 350; fill your zucchini with your vegetable and beef mixture and bake in the oven for about 40 minutes until your zucchini is a little tender. Around the 25 minute mark top your stuffed zucchini with some provolone cheese place it back in the oven to finish baking, when it's finished garnish with some fresh parsley and enjoy!

Mesquite Pork Salad


Preheat a skillet on medium high heat then add olive oil and butter. Season your pork chop fillets with McCormick Mesquite, and garlic. Cook your pork chops for about 7 minutes on both sides until golden brown and there is no pink inside. Set aside and let them rest. Then toss your red onions, and pineapples into the skillet and saute for about 3 minutes. Toss with your spinach in with your sauted onions and pineapples saute with salt and pepper. Finally slice your pork chops and plate your Warm Mesquite Pork Salad, enjoy.

French Toast


In a bowl crack a few eggs then add a little milk, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Mix together thoroughly then place your bread slices in the mixture one at a time on both sides then set aside to soak up the mixture. Heat a non stick skillet on medium high heat then add butter. Cook you bread slices for about 4 minutes on each side or until golden brown on both sides. Enjoy!

Baked Columbian Snapper



Make a marinade in a small dish using olive oil, lemon juice, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, rosemary, salt, and olive juice. Pour your marinade in a zip lock bag and put your snapper in the bag, shake the bag to get the fish completely coated then place it in the fridge for about 1 hour to marinate. Preheat oven to 400, then add some oil and lots of butter in a baking dish and put it in the oven to get hot. Next put your snapper in the baking dish and brush some of your marinade onto the fish. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes and enjoy!

Macaroni And Tuna Casserole


Start by cooking your elbow macaroni in boiling salted water. When your macaroni is nice and tender (aldente) take it out of the boiling water, drain it, and set it aside. Heat a pan on medium high heat and add some oil. Add red peppers, green peppers, peas, carrots, cream of mushroom soup, canned tuna (drained), oregano, garlic, salt and pepper. Cook for 6-8 minutes while stirring then toss in your macaroni and some Parmesan cheese. Cook that for an additional 4 minutes while stirring. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees, then place your mixture in a baking dish and top it off with some more Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs. Bake for 10-15 minutes. Enjoy!

Spicy Poached Salmon



Start by making a marinade with hot sauce, garlic, red wine vinegar, mustard, and thyme, (mix well). Pour your marinade in a zip lock bag, place your salmon in there and swish it around to coat your salmon on all sides, then place it in the fridge for about 1 hour to marinate. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. When your salmon is done marinating place it in parchment paper or foil and pour a little of the marinade over your salmon. Top your salmon with some fresh thyme sprigs then fold and pinch your foil or parchment paper to seal fish inside. Place in oven and bake for about 20 minutes and enjoy!

Hawaiian Chicken Recipe


Make a marinade using fresh pineapple juice, orange juice, lemon juice, soy sauce, fresh basil, salt and pepper. Pour your marinade in a zip-lock bag and put your chicken in there, give it some nice turns to coat the chicken then place in the fridge for about 1 hour. After your chicken has marinated preheat your oven to 400 degrees. drizzle a little oil in a baking pan and place it in the oven to get hot. After your oil is hot place your chicken in the baking dish and bake for about 30 minutes. At around 10 minutes left of baking time and some drained diced canned pineapples and finish baking. Plate and enjoy!

Crab Stuffed Haddock


Start by Butterflying (cut in half but not all the way through) your haddock fillets and season them with old bay and pepper. Heat a pan on medium heat and add oil. Cook some fresh lump crab meat, chopped celery, diced onions, red bell peppers, and bread crumbs for about 5 minutes while stirring, season with salt and pepper. Preheat your oven to 350, place your mixture in your haddock and fold over your haddock lengthwise then roll over your haddock to enclose your mixture even more. Add a little oil to a baking pan and place in the oven until hot, lightly drizzle a little olive oil on the top of your haddock to help it achieve a light brown color while cooking. Bake in the oven for about 25 minutes and enjoy!

Pork Chops Stuffed With Cheesy Mashed Potatoes


Start but cutting into quarters red potatoes and boil them in hot water for about 20 minutes or until potatoes are nice and soft. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees, in the meantime mash your hot potatoes while adding cheddar cheese and butter until your cheese and butter starts to melt. cut slits into your pork chops and season your chops and cheesy potatoes with salt and pepper. Stuff your chops with your cheesy potatoes. Add a little oil to a baking pan and place in the oven to get the oil hot. Place your stuffed chops in your baking pan and bake for about 25 minutes or until there is no pink inside, garnish with some fresh thyme sprigs and enjoy!

Simple Shepherd's Pie


Boil some potatoes in salted water for about 20 minutes or until tender. Take you potatoes out and mash them very well along with some mixed cheese then set aside. Heat a pan on medium high heat and add some oil. Saute some mixed vegetables for about 5 minutes, occasionally stirring. Add some ground beef and continue to cook for an additional 5 minutes while stirring. Season with salt and pepper while cooking. You don't have to cook your beef all the way through because it will finish in the oven. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Put your beef and vegetable mixture in a baking pan, top it off with your cheesy mashed potatoes, sprinkle more cheese on top and bake in the oven for about 15 minutes. Enjoy!

Frittata


Crack a lot of eggs to fill a baking pan halfway salt and pepper and decide what to put in your Frittata. You can put almost anything in a Frittata here are some suggestions. Sausage, cheese, bell peppers, onions, tomatoes, squash, zucchini, basil leaves, mushrooms, ham, bacon, and garlic just to name a few ingredients. In a saute pan heat olive oil over medium high heat and cook whatever and how many ingredients you decide to use for your Frittata. When your ingredients are almost done cooking turn off the heat, add your egg mixture and lots of cheese, mix well, top with more cheese, pop in oven and cook for about 10-15 minutes or until your frittata is set, and your eggs are cooked through.

Chicken and Vegetable Parmesan Pasta


Heat a pan on medium high heat and add some oil. Season some boneless chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook your chicken for about 8 minutes or until there is no pink inside. When your chicken is done remove from pan and set aside. Cut zucchini and red peppers, salt and pepper and in the same pan saute your vegetables for about 6 minutes. At the same time get a pot of boiling salted water going then add your choice of pasta and cook for about 8 minutes. Make a pasta cheese sauce by melting butter and Parmesan cheese in a sauce pan with flour to crate a roux adding milk a little at a time. When your pasta is done put it on a serving plate and pour your cheese sauce on your pasta. Cut your chicken into strips & top your pasta with your chicken and vegetables. Top your dish off with some more Parmesan cheese and enjoy!

Tomato Sauced Baked Chicken & Vegetables




Heat a pan on medium high heat and add some oil. Salt and pepper your chicken thighs then pan sear them on both sides for about 5 to get a nice char. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees then take a baking pan and sprinkle a little olive oil in the pan and wait until it gets hot in the oven. Season some some mixed vegetables with salt & pepper then place them in the pan along with your chicken. Pour some canned tomatoes over your chicken and vegetables, season with salt, pepper, and rosemary then bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes or until there is no pink inside your chicken. Enjoy!

Macaroni and Beef Cheese Casserole



Start by boiling your elbow macaroni by in salted water, then preheat your oven to 350. Chop some bell peppers and white onions then heat a skillet on medium high heat and add some oil. Put some ground beef, your chopped peppers, and onions in your skillet, season with some salt, pepper, and rosemary and cook for 5-7 minutes while stirring and breaking up your ground beef. (Don't worry about cooking your beef all the way through because it will finish in the oven). In a large bowl mix together your beef mixture, your cooked elbow macaroni & mixed cheese (mozzarella & cheddar). Put your mixture in a baking pan, pack it tight in your pan, then top with more mix cheese, tomato slices, sprinkle with some parmesan, then bake for 25-30 minutes. Enjoy!

Baby Back Ribs



Start by making your dry rub, you wanna go with a sweet and spicy flavor profile. Add brown sugar, salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder and cayenne pepper in a bowl and mix your dry rub together thoroughly. Next you wanna get the moisture out of your ribs by patting it with paper towels, then apply your dry rub with your hands. Wrap your seasoned ribs in foil and let it marinade in the fridge for at least an hour. Then place your ribs in the oven on 300 for 2 hours. Now it's time to make your BBQ sauce. Add brown sugar, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, red chilly flakes, salt, ketchup, apple cider vinegar and worcestershire sauce in a pot and heat for about 3 minutes or until the sugar has melted. Brush your BBQ sauce on your ribs then grill them with the bones on the grill for about 10 minutes. Enjoy!
